Reiki

Each Session £30.00      Book and pay for 4 sessions in advance  £120 and get a 5^th one FREE

During your treatment you will lie on a couch, remain fully clothed and relax whilst the healers hands are then placed over the body to work giving Reiki Healing.

What does it do ? Reiki helps to remove the blockages caused by stress and illness, bringing balance and energy flow, this in turn helps to improve physical and emotional health.

I can also use visualisation techniques to clear the mind and help the body to relax even deeper.

Reiki is completely safe and given in a warm and relaxing environment.
